Returns and Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. We ask that you email us at email@example.com with your intention to return the item(s) within seven days of receipt so that we may issue you a returns number. Returned goods must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
Please note that the customer will incur the cost of the return shipment unless the item is incorrect, damaged or faulty. We recommend that you use a secure trackable shipper and that you retain proof of sending. We also recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. Should you wish to exchange returned goods, we will charge for the cost of re-delivery.
We take great care to ensure our items are delivered in perfect condition, however should your item(s) arrive damaged or faulty we will replace the item(s) at no further cost to yourself, or issue a full refund for the item(s). Charges incurred returning goods to us (via a secure trackable shipper) will also be refunded. We ask that you email images of any damaged or faulty items to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving them so that we may replace or refund the item(s) as quickly as possible. Please allow 14 days for refunds to clear.
